Please note that your check-in time is at 14:00 and the check-out time is at 12:00. For early check-in starts from 08:00 AM and is subject to Hotel’s availability upon arrival and late check-out with an extra charge subject to availability upon check-out.
Please note that the all-inclusive formula for Egyptians and residents includes soft drinks and does not include alcoholic drinks.
For the Egyptians, a marriage certificate must be provided upon check-in

Peak periods
• If canceled or modified up to 14 days before the date of arrival, no fee will
be charged. If canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.

• If canceled or modified up to 3 days before the date of arrival, no fee will
be charged. If canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged

To provide a pleasant atmosphere throughout our restaurants, especially during dinner we are pleased to inform you that restaurants dress code is smart casual, no shorts or swimming suites will be allowed at any of the resort’s restaurant.
*Non Smoking rooms
Our property only has non-smoking rooms. We guide our guests to the nearest smoking area if needed.
